Hi GAPS!

The Intro to Capoeira Night will take place on Wednesday, November 20 from 7:30 – 9:00 pm at the Creekside Community Centre in Multi-Purpose Room 3 (MP3). Please arrive 10 minutes early at the community centre. As an extra bonus, after the class, we will walk over to Earnest ice cream for a GAPS-covered treat for anyone who is interested (and who attended the class of course).

 See you on Wednesday night for some physical activity!
