Canadian Undergraduate Physics Conference


The 53rd Canadian Undergraduate Physics Conference (CUPC) will be held at Carleton University, October 20 - 24 2017. Registration for the largest undergraduate physics conference in North America is now open through September 26th.

The CUPC is a non-profit annual research conference organized by students, for students. The organizers are planning for 300 physics undergraduates gather at CUPC to present their research, socialize, and network with the physics academia and industry. CUPC features lab tours, plenary lectures, and a graduate fair to encourage engagement amongst all levels of the physics community.

The Canadian Institute for Nuclear Physics (CINP) is making available four student travel awards of up to $500 towards student travel expenses to attend the 2017 Canadian Undergraduate Physics Conference (CUPC). More information available at CAP's website.
